Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (with some exceptions). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, our flexible returns policy makes it easy to return or exchange eligible items.

Eligibility Requirements

• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
• Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact
• Proof of purchase required

Return Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

• Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all documentation. Affix the provided return label and ship using a tracked service (you’re responsible for the item until we receive it).

Step 4: Processing
Our quality team will inspect returned items within 3-5 business days of receipt. You’ll receive email notification of the status.

Refund Information

• Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Timing:
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal refunds are usually immediate
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

Follow the standard return process above, indicating you wish an exchange. Once approved, we’ll ship the replacement item. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
3. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
4. Choose between repair, replacement, or refund
