Important Note: For hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. All other items may be returned within 15 days of receipt.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Return Process
Step 1: Request Authorization
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request. Please include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include all documentation, and affix the provided return label. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Step 4: Processing
Once received, our quality team will inspect the returned item(s) within 3-5 business days. You will receive email notification of the status.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing: Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are usually immediate.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above, indicating you wish an exchange
- Once your return is approved, we will ship the replacement item
- You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Earrings (all types)
- Body jewellery
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
- We will arrange a prepaid return label if needed
- Choose between repair, replacement, or refund
